  This Leslie’s is great not just for the location, but because of the Manager, Josh. He is friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable. He’s not pushy nor does he try to sell you stuff you don’t need... Follow his plan and your pool should keep looking great!

  Just purchased a spa and needed help getting it set up and with chemical use so we went to this store. The manager sat behind the counter and ignored us until I asked for help. This annoyed him. I apologized for bothering him and told me what I needed. He gathered 3 chemicals. I asked him how and when to use. I again got the annoyed look. I told him he really wasn't being very helpful which prompted a cold stare. He started reading the back of the bottles to me. I asked a couple of more general maintenance questions and he referred me to the spa manual or the internet. I'll be driving 5 miles to the next closest store or order my supplies on the internet in the future.

  Josh helped me repair a robotic pool cleaner. He called the manufacturer and made sure they replaced the part and everything. Great service

  Josh at Leslie's is the man! Since August of 2015, Josh has patiently helped me with all of my new pool owner questions. I cannot give Josh enough kudos, as he remembers my name, and always points me in the right direction. Thank you!
