⭐☆☆☆☆ Horrible Customer Service from Assistant Manager “Zackary” at Leslies Pool Supply
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Leslie’s Pool recently, specifically with the assistant manager Zackary. I came in to return a robotic pool vacuum, based on clear information I was given over the phone just a week prior. However, when I arrived, I was met with a completely different story—and worse, an incredibly nasty attitude.
Instead of trying to help or even listen, the assistant manager was dismissive and rude, constantly interrupting and contradicting everything I had been told previously. There was zero effort to understand the situation or offer a solution. The tone was condescending from the start, and the lack of professionalism was shocking.
All Zack could tell me is Call the 1-800 number. So I called - and the wonderful CS Rep I spoke to asked to speak with the store associate. And all the CS Rep asked was “what’s going on?” And Zackary was dismissive to the CS Rep. saying you are not my boss I don’t work for you.
The CS Rep had to remind Zackary they are essentially co workers. And he isn’t looking for a fight.
It’s frustrating enough when a business changes its policies without notice—but to be treated with such disrespect on top of that is unacceptable. I expected better from a company like Lesley Pool. Needless to say, this experience, will keep me from doing business at this location as well as making sure anyone I know will not go there.
