  I am revising my one star review due to the manager addressing what took place - I took our pool vacuum there as it had an error message. After weeks of going back and forth with them we were told it needed new gears as they were ground down to nothing, power cable and more a total of $1200 to fix it so we should buy an new one which we placed an order for. I picked up the old one and my co-worker googled it and found 1 wire was loose. He reconnected the wire and it is working perfectly now. We looked at the gears which are completely fine. So two people at this location totally lied to make a sale. I contact the manager who addressed the issues with his staff, cancelled the new vacuum order and even came and picked it up for the return due to it had shipped prior to the cancellation. Although this was a big hassle-I appreciate how the manager handled it and went over and above to get it addressed.

  Went in to buy a sand pump and filter system. The dark hair girl working was useless. She told us to order it online, because that's what she would do. I guess she didn't want a $400 plus sale

  They say anything to sell you something......dont buy the ssr solar rings or the liquid that stops 70% of heat loss...
