- DMDeAnne MooreJun 10, 20253.0They do free water analysis for pools and spas. The computer generates a list of suggestions based on the testing parameters. Sometimes the information in the forms doesn't apply to issues with the pool. They aren't very helpful with diagnosing chemical issues beyond the computerized print out. The workers do not understand basic chemistry principles like the pH scale or how to manipulate it.
