We are so thankful that this store is here. The free water testing is a lifesaver for our swim spa. It shows what we need to purchase so we do that. Store is well stocked with lots of fun toys, salts, and scents. It'd be nice if the employees would smile more as occasionally they don't seem happy to be there. I'll definitely keep coming back to Leslie's

I’ve been going to the Draper store since it opened. The staff and especially Tanya are awesome and the reason I continue to return!

I bought a Polaris Freedom pool cleaner from Leslies after it was highly recommended from Leslie's sales associate. It didn't work the way it was supposed to the very first time I used it. I went straight back to Leslies and told them it wasn't working, thinking they would switch it out for me. They told me they wouldn't return it because it was "out of the box". How else would I use the cleaner if not "out of the box"? Even though it supposdly came with a 1-year warranty, Leslie's still wouldn't return it. I went straight to the manufacturer, Polaris, and they told me I had to go through the retailer from whom it was purchased. Leslies eventually told me I could bring the unit in and they would return the "motor" of the unit to Polaris for a "software update" on the device. Keep in mind, this is a brand new unit that I paid roughly $1,500 for. I asked the Leslies associate how long that would take and they said they couldn't really tell me. So, I'm out $1,500 on a new cordless pool cleaner and now I'm being told to take it into Leslies so they can send the motor back to Polaris for a software update. The associate with whom I am working didn't even seem apologetic. It was kind of a "sucks for you" attitude. Very disappointing and frustrating.
