Last time I called on a saturday to ask a simple question about a charge. The girl on the phone says, I don't know what you're talking about and hangs up. I call right back, and they put me on hold for over 20 minutes and never picked up.

The kids there not adults who work there are snotty and not help ful. I know dealing with the public is hard but if your not a people person or you wish you were somewhere else than dont work there. When i did go there all i did was notice how rude everyone was-not knowledgable at all. I buy everything i need online now. No need to go there.
