Then he acted like I was nuts for suggesting he ask the manager who was out back on a cigarette break. Then he tried telling a couple who walked in that they could not purchase any supplies unless they had a water test done in the store. Then he said, "well you can if you want to damage your stuff." I told him to forget my whole order. I'll never come back here. That couple walked out without buying anything too. He's losing business for the company.

I understand I don't have a big pool but I still needed help. Felt like since I'm woman they didn't want to help me. Not sure what the blonde kids name was but the other was Brian. I will be ordering what I need from Amazon.

I decided to go ahead with the purchase so I drove to the store where Brian had it all ready to go. He confirmed everything in the package. It should’ve been in there with me and help me take it out to my vehicle. I got to say, Brian represented the company. Extraordinarily well today. Thank you, sir.
