  Walked in the Westminster store on Aug 31 to ask if they sold a handle for a valve. First the store had music so loud you couldn’t hear what the guy was saying. I walked up to counter to ask if they sold a handle. The guy wearing sunglasses said we only sell this and walked over to the back wall to show me a valve with a connection to it. I said I need a handle only so he then proceeded to walk to the back of the store to show me another valve connection with a handle. I said I only need a the handle that goes over the nut. He said I told you we don’t have that and walked away. Absolutely I will never go back. I rather drive hour to a store that knows how to treat a customer and is not a blaring music so loud that my daughter and I could not even talk to each other.

  Ryan was amazing with his customer service. He really did go above amd beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the purchase of our new pool liner. His patience was greatly appreciated.

  The so called I guess person trying to run the store has no business associating with the public. Imy daughter ordered a kit that that advise us to use to open our pool when they have th products we need they run out no problem. This time I got a kit that would not be good to open a doggy pool. I then told one gentleman what I was looking for is was calm an did good to work with me on what I wanted. This other guy with glasses and knee pads on for being in back rooms. Decided he wanted to get involved in my sale from other gentleman. I again got things worked out with the one gentleman he got what I asked for and I asked for some one more bottle an other guy said we don't sell separately an I said if you look up history I have almost bought a si gle bolltle beyond 8 in a case. He started to say well what do you want any of it or on. I then said please don't talk to me anymore this gentleman is helping me and he then told me to get out of his store. I said gor what ,he said because he said so. I said you need to understand the constitution if not you need to. I said this other gentleman can sell me the items. I did not need his help. He then said I dared me to hit him when I have no idea where that came from an people were laughing at him for I was on other side of counter an nobody threatened anyone but him. As we all know I won't buy anyththere again . GALLAGHER POOLS AND SPAS ARE THE BSET 5 MINUTES UP THE ROAD. This guy has issues an he is going to cost this company a long of money one day talking like and treating the wrong person that way. He trys to sell you a kit just to put in a 30 plus gallon pool an then have to come back an charge you double for what you should have gotten. This guy is SUEING SOMEONE HAPPY TO TRY AND GET FREE MONEY.
