- FCFabianna CanellizJul 18, 20231.0Don’t bother using this place. My husband and I went there a couple days ago maybe two mins after they said they had close but there was some people still there. The doors were still open too. My husband had the water to get tested and we have been using this store for a couple years now. They told my husband they can’t test it bc they are closing. To come tomorrow if he wants help. Like wow, they were still open with people inside and they didn’t want to help us. And we have been using this place for a while now. We had to leave, we no longer will be using this store with unprofessional staff. We are back at using hatcity pools instead. Terrible service.

I called the 800 number. Was told that it was out of stock. Was also told that the hold on my credit card would remain for 5 to 7 days. I don't have a problem with them being out of stock. I do have a problem with the credit card hold when they failed to fulfill my order.

I drove up to the store to specifically diagnose pool water problemsl. No apologies, just laughing it off and snickering at the mistake. Rudeness and no concern for my feelings about having driven up to the store and leaving without a solution.
