- MFM FWJul 1, 20254.0I had my installer call in everything I needed for my pool. The employee there told us that everything we requested was at the counter and ready for me to pick up. I drove a half hour there to pick up the supplies. When my installer came to install the filter, there was numerous pieces missing that he ordered. Now my pool set up is delayed, and probably won't be ready for my son's party....as I can not fill up until filter is done. But they had everything that I needed. Make sure to double check what you order. Employee is nice.
- JMJustin MeerbergenMay 4, 20251.0Every time I try to go here they try to sell me something I do not need nor is it necessary which is expected because they're in the pool industry but that is not why I took the time out of my day to write a review.. I walked in here and was standing around for 5 minutes with no one to be seen finally we had to say hello to get any help when the gentleman is very aware that I was standing there when I explained I needed an o-ring without even looking at size or type you just said we don't have them from across the room and dismay I just said you don't have an O-ring? And as I'm looking at the wall That's covered in all sizes of o-rings he said I can sell you a new valve but that's it and then turned his back and went right back to what he was doing again he didn't even look at what I had in my hand or what size I needed or anything? Just horrible service went down the road to home Depot and got it without an issue.. oh it's a very common o-ring very common I was in the pool industry for 15 years if I looked hard enough I probably would have had one but figure I'd get a fresh one that wasn't dry rotted and maybe pick some other things up while I'm there that I might need bad choices I guess sun may 4th 1pm 2025
