- KSKrysten ScottJun 10, 20251.0First time using Leslie’s as my regular place was closed the day I needed to go in. Took a water sample because my pool was starting to get a little cloudy 3 days ago. They tested the water and gave me directions and chemicals to get it back on track. I was concerned by the amount of products they gave me and what they told me to do but I figured they knew best so I went with it. The young man at the counter was not rude or anything but he wasn’t friendly either and provided no offer to help a woman carry almost 50 pounds of stuff to her vehicle. I followed all the directions and now, 3 days later, my pool is mustard green 😑 I’ve had this pool for many years and not once has it ever turned this color. Very frustrated and wasted a good chunk of money. UPDATE: I appreciate the reply but I went back to my original place and got it fixed and back to crystal clear in a few hours. Thanks tho

I told him that I trusted him when he told me we needed to start from the beginning with chemicals and I spent close to $300 in and my pool and it looks the same as before. He also asked if I needed help with the heavy containers getting them to my truck (I said yes) then he refused to help. He watched me struggle with those heavy containers. Didn't even open the door for me. He just giggled. I truly hope someone that reads this cares about the service and the products that I got on this day. *Update: apparently no one cares about correcting bad customer service. No one has contacted me as of yet about the horrible service, wrong product and inadequate instructions that I received.
