  I have been working with Leslie pools for years and lately it has turned into a total rip off. They told me that the chemicals I was getting from Sam's and Walmart was causing of all the problems. I spent over $1500 dollars in chemicals in two weeks to still have a green pool. I finally had enough when they asked me to spend the same $100 in chemicals I spent 7 days ago. I said I would just liquid shock it and check with them the next day. Then, they were closed without any notice or note at the door the next day. I called the Metairie location and they had no clue what was going on. I finally was directed to Billot pools down the street from Lesile. The family owned business took amazing care of me and my pool was crystal clear less than $100 later.

  Good service. Like most places these days they are taking advantage of inflation. Almost not worth owning a pool.

  The manager is blatantly rude. I’ve never been anywhere that deals with customers and has someone with that awful of an attitude. She knew nothing about pools or equipment, but she knew how to be very unpleasant. What’s crazy is I’m reading other reviews, and there are 10 complaining about the same manager. To the owner: you are losing a lot of business for a bad reason. We’ll he ordering all our products online moving forward.
