- CMCh MSep 8, 20251.0Rude, condescending, male employee, morning/early afternoon is 8/21/25. When a potential new customer enters, without knowledge of pool services & brand new to pool handling, this is NOT the place to go! And being their website offers no customer complaint option, I'm not sure the company cares their employees chase customers to competitors. The irritable employee was snide when I did not know how much was needed or how to store a water sample, my first time to bring one in for testing. He spoke down to me as if I had any idea other being told I would bring a sample & had nothing to say when I mentioned i couldn't have known any of these details. I was polite but said nothing after I realized I was talking to a customer service-deficient & went down the street to the next supply store, where the employees were polite & helpful. Screenshots of my attempts report the employee, when I found no email or contact info for their main office.
