- LLLisa LuAnnOct 26, 20255.0We stopped going to this location a few years back after COVID because things had gone downhill — doors locked during business hours, rude service, no one around to help… it just wasn’t worth the frustration. We started driving all the way to the 620 store instead. About a year or so ago, we decided to give the Whitestone location another try, and I’m so glad we did. The gentleman who helped us that day (I wish I’d caught his name) was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and completely turned our experience around. You can tell he truly cares about customers and takes pride in what he does. There’s also a young woman who’s been there around the same amount of time — she’s sharp, quick to learn, and always helpful. Together, they’ve completely transformed this store. We haven’t had to drive to the 620 location since! The Whitestone team has earned our business back, and we just want to say thank you for your hard work and great customer service. Leslie’s — you’ve got an excellent team here. Take good care of them! 👏💙💦
- MTMartin ThaiSep 19, 20255.0Ive been going to this store since 2014. Since then, i've seen a few turnovers of the staff at this store. The latest staff is great. They are personable and try to go out of their way to help with either bring out supplies to my car or to suggest treatments. One employee in particular is Antonio. He is great. We have an inside joke between us with regards to our names. He has helped me jump start my wife's car when I took it to the store and it wouldnt start. Besides being a great employee he is also a great person. I would give him a 10/10 if I could. But since I'm only allowed to give 5 stars as the max. He will get 5 stars from me any day and every day.
