I think they only one had one person in the shop so if you call let it ring so that they have time to finish up with whoever they’re helping.. sorry no photos on this one, but I would shop there again.

- IHIlene HayesJun 1, 20251.0I decided to try out Leslie pools supply to get my pool water tested. They tested my water (one test)and gave me a print out that was 4 pages of pool chemicals that I needed to buy to adjust the balance in my pool which would cost close to $250. Unfortunately no verbal explanation was given by the worker she just handed me the print out. Having been a customer of Sun Spot pools I went there afterwards and gave them my sample. They ran 3 different tests on the water and gave me a print out of the results and a list of pool chemicals I may need. The worker reviewed all the results with me after he consulted his supervisor. He indicated that I only needed to get one pool chemical ($10) and turn down a setting on my pool pump. He suggested I come back in 4 weeks to retest. I appreciate he took the time to explain everything in detail which was not the case at Leslie pool supply. I have learned my lesson and will stick with Sun Spot. High Quality Customer service is very important to me and I didn’t get that at Leslie pool supply. I won’t be going back.

I was trying to buy pool paint and ask her to see if another location had it in stock since the Colerain store was out. She basically told me to figure it out on my own and walked away. I asked what her name was and then repeated it back to make sure it was Teresa. She said yes that’s right I didn’t stutter. I was in tears when I left. No one should ever be treated like this especially a customer!
