- HDhtuos doowniwriMay 13, 20251.0Store closed during regular business hours. No note on the door, no nothing. When you call the store, you get no voicemail indicating they are closed. When you contact corporate, you get the runaround. First through their “virtual assistant,” and then you sit on hold until they cycle you through the music a couple of times and then hang up on you. I sat on hold waiting for a customer service representative for over 12 minutes, at which point they disconnected. I did this twice because I was concerned for the franchise owners thinking there was an emergency. Apparently, no one cares. Not the franchise owner or the corporate office. Shame on me for caring and trying to do the right thing. Terrible company and I will never go to any of their stores again since you never know when they will be closed or open. I will get my items on Amazon for cheaper delivered to my door.

Regardless of they were pushed on you at purchase and were not required. Stay tuned. They sold me $175 worth of product and all i needed was one $2.99 shock! This is no way to maintain customer relations in our market.
