  The reps at 1-800-Leslies cannot solve ANY issue. Had the worst time getting a pool heater, then was told that the trip charge for the estimate would be refunded if we had them or to do our installation. The install team didn't refund the charge, but charged another trip fee. I caught it as soon as they left. Called the local Leslie's store who processed my card and was told to call 1-800-Leslies and they would connect me to the billing department who would fix the issue. I called and was told that refunds are at the store level, but they would try to help. Was then told someone would get back with me in 24 to 48 hours. Nope! Heard that song and dance from them before and no one ever calls back! I've spent over $3000, and 6 weeks trying to complete a simple purchase and install. I and will NEVER use Leslie's for anything that requires me to use their 1-800 call center ever again! Plus the install is crooked....was told by the installer that it is due to the way the gas valve was not straight in the heater. Really?!

  The folks at their pool store were very knowledgeable and accommodating. The service was great, hassle free, they held a super pump for me and it was right where they said it would be the next morning when I stopped to pick it up. Thank you so much. Great service folks.
