When I went back in a few days later, I was helped by a teenager who didn’t seem to know anything about pools. He ran my water through the testing machine, provided me with a printout and that was it. Could offer no advice and couldn’t answer any questions related to the test results. Leslie’s is overpriced as well, so I almost always buy supplies elsewhere.
