  Very disappointed! Spared no expense on clearing up a cloudy pool. Per their water test and treatment plan per the recommendations $300+ pool did not get better some levels became even worse. return for second water test next day. $400..+ Knowing that the pool has zero chlorine they recommended that we wait 6 days for another water test to see if the pool turns around in 80° sunshine and heat I would imagine it would be a green cesspool by then the lack of knowledge in this store has made me a customer of another company.$700 later I could have drained the pool added salt and started fresh cheaper. What discouraged me the most was the comments stating that Paul chemistry is an art and not a science. This store truly needs to start hiring people with knowledge. Especially for chemistry 101.

  This location is now with a new owner. The service is much improved. No more notes saying back in 10 min. And we wait 1/2 hour and than leave. They have all the basic pieces to keep your pool working. Many inflatables. All pools are bought and done online. We bought from old owners and their pool installers never came as promised. No pool installers would come out as pool was not bought through them. So at age 72 we did a poor job trying to do it ourselves the 2nd Summer of no help. The pool spent a year under a tarp in the boxes. So make sure you get it in writing on the pool installers.
