- EEElton EspinalJun 3, 20201.0Last season their techs closed my pool and did a good job. They recommended that before the new season they come back and and reorganize some tubes. New season I schedule the appointment they were a no show. A few days later I call the service dept and was told that they had a problem that day on a previous job and they must have forgot to call me because they rescheduled me for the following weekend. Following weekend comes and the same techs that recommended the job get there at 8:30am and tell me that they have to wait until the store opens at 10am to get the parts that they need. Fair enough, the guys leave and never come back or call me to let me know whats going on. 3 days later I call the service department to see what happend and was told that in their notes it said could not perfom job. She apoligized for no one contacting me to let me know what was going on. Wasted 2 of my weekends and couldn't even get a phone call for an update.
