He is also not a go getter to help customers test their pool chemicals. Customers spend several hundred dollars a year and should be treated with better customer service. When the issues were brought up to the manager Nicholas Barber by phone he was even worse with defending his employees actions, argumentative, rude behavior then ultimately hanging up the phone. Please at all cost save yourself the headache and stay away from this store. Absolutely awful! So sad! I guess this store doesn’t appreciates their customers.

Not only were all employees there yesterday ignorant about their jobs, she makes it look like they hire street trash... One stop, you have a new customer now because of her.....
