- ATAshley TuSep 14, 20251.0I come in here every Sunday at 9 AM. They decided to change the opening hours for Sunday to 10 AM which is fine. But it would have been nice if the employee informed the customers that the store was changing its hours. I came to this location at 9 AM today and found out it was an open until 10 AM. I drove home, and drove back to be here by 10 AM for the new hours of operation. It is now 1017 and the employee is still not here. And this employee is consistently late. Almost every Sunday. Y’all need to do better because this is just ridiculous and a terrible way to treat your customers.

He helped me get the best pool cleaner and when I couldn’t figure out the install (We live outside the area where anyone comes to do any pool work so I have to DIY, even when I don’t know what I’m doing.), he talked me through it, and even gave me the adapter I needed for FREE! You don’t see customer service like this anymore! Would give 10 stars if I could!
