I’ve dealt with other suppliers who treat you like a transaction. Pat treated me like a neighbor. Even after installation, when I struggled to get things running smoothly, Pat walked me through troubleshooting with reassuring clarity and expertise. Both Patricks and the staff here are great, but Pat#2 has been my go-to guy for years since we’ve had our pool. The other day, went in to ask about the best way to repair a hole in our Polaris vacuum hose. He takes a look at the hose, walks me out to his truck, pulls out a hose connected to another part, cuts it to the perfect length and hands it to me, saying “this should do the trick.” This is the level of service that keeps me coming back to this Leslie’s location. I realize I can get pool equipment online for cheaper, but the service and expertise Patrick provides is unmatched! Thank you, P2! See you next time!
