Our company had a very complicated bit of engineering that required a last-minute pool heater and pump, and this Leslie's location went above and beyond to work with us across state lines in a limited time frame. We have been doing business with Leslie's for many years, and their care and enthusiasm is unmatched. This location is especially assertive, thorough, professional, and patient; they understand that the service they provide to their community (and businesses like ours) means more than just sales. They are supporting family homes and livelihoods. Thank you again to Victoria, as well as the corporate team in Arizona for being here.

- SMSam MillerJun 16, 20251.0The service and expertise at this location used to be great, but going into 2025 the experience has turned to garbage. One of the employees, I don’t know her name, is a younger woman and is unhelpful and unprofessional. On one visit she made a comment “I am literally dying today” in front of my children. On another visit she couldn’t do basic math — the paper she handed us recommended 3 lbs and 13 oz of chlorine, but when we put 4 1-pound bags on the counter she removed one and said we didn’t need it because we “these were 1-pound bags and we only needed 3 pounds”. We have since found a different company with much friendly and knowledgeable employees. Like other recent reviews, we also tried to visit this location only to find it closed. The website said they were open until 7:00 PM — we arriving at 6:20 to find the doors locked.
- AJAriana JMay 30, 20251.0Google says they are open till 7pm on Fridays. Called into their phone number for hours information, it also says they are open till 7pm on Fridays. Show up at 6:35pm doors are locked. Cashier just staring at me. So I questioned through the door saying their stuff says they are open, i get a mumble back, "something something manager, something something June." Well, thanks for not following your advertised hours and making me drive 35 minutes in traffic for no reason. Amazing.
