Told me I couldn’t return a part if it did not work, but I would have had to buy multiple parts to see which one fit without the option to return the ones that did not work. Clerk would not let me talk to the owner so that I could determine the correct return policy.

Also they have plenty of pool Equipment, filters, cartridges, hoses. And price match most products as well I saw. In-house water testing too As of may 2024 they don't have opening/closing services, as this location is fairly new to the area. But he mention; maybe in the future they will. So that's excellent !
- AAAdamJul 17, 20231.0Sent me a used / damaged pool pump. Telescoping pole which was "best in the store" bent after 3rd use. Garbage vendors followed up with horrible customer service.
- CTChris ThomasMay 30, 20231.0If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered a pump off their website to be delivered to the store. A delivery date 4 days out listed on the website and that was the entire reason I went with this provider. The next day, I get an email changing the delivery date to 10 days later than what had been listed. When I called the customer service line and the store, both told me there was nothing they could do. That the standard delivery time is 10 days. When I tried to cancel my order, I was given more runaround. After several hours of this, I was told that a cancelation had been filed but that since the item was being shipped to the store, they could not issue a credit until the item had been returned to their warehouse. So now I am out a pump and the money needed to buy one. Do not do business with this company is my advice
