    Off late the results of tests made here are false and at times I suspect if these are rigged to push the sale of chemicals. There has been frequent change of staff. The folks over a year ago were professional and diligent. There are repeat instances of incorrect test results. Won’t rely on them anymore!

    Christopher, the store manager was outstanding, very knowledgeable, and hard-working. He helped us locate and install the proper heater for our pool. He worked with us diligently to find the best prices including discounts for a propane heater and installation. He went above and beyond his responsibility as a store manager. He has earned our gratitude and we will be lifetime customers.

    Joe the store manager at Leslie's Pools in Atascocita is a definite asset to the company. He is extremely hard working and very knowledgeable regarding pool/spa issue and how to resolve them. For years, I could not get my hot tub water balanced properly.Joe was the only person out of three Leslie locations, whom suggested that I purchase an attachment for my water hose that would calculate my hot tub water gallon capacity. I did so, to my dismay, my hot tub was only 325 gallons and Spa Man(where I purchased my hot tub), stated that it was to hold 450 gallons of water. After years of struggling with balancing my hot tub for a plethora of years,I'm so fortunate that Joe was the problem solver and savor! I have noticed for numerous years that the phone, computer and the printer are frequently having issues. The fault does NOT have anything to do with Joe! I have inquired about these repetitive problems and they are reported to corporate and in my opinion, it is "the powers that be that " drag their feet to resolve these issues! As of today, the phones still do not work, as they will only allow you to hear a recorded message.You cannot speak to an employee.Again, as of today, the printer is still not working. The computers are out dated and slow.This is not good for business! Corporate, please wake up,take initiative to spend a little time and money to ensure that this store continues to be #1 in sales. Joe does way more than his share for this store location and his customers. Its time for corporate "to step up to the plate". Disgruntled and Disappointed Customer, Gale
