Beware of the fineprint of Accublue terms and agreements. They put a blanket statement in their agreement that states that they can recoup any equipment damages from the customer, but they do not list the equipment price or maximum amount of damages that can be collected. When I called Leslie's to inquire about this they did confirm they had the right to collect damages as they see necessary based on their assessment of the equpiment. They would not provide a maximum dollar amount or equipment replacement cost. By signing this agreement you are litterally signing a blank check.... no thank you Leslie's.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Leslie’s pool company that I feel compelled to share. From the outset, it was clear that the staff lacked adequate training on the products they sell. When I reached out for assistance with a return, I was met with an argumentative response rather than a willingness to find a solution. During the call, I tried to explain the situation regarding a product that was marketed to a senior citizen for a specific purpose, but Nick, the representative I spoke with, repeatedly interrupted me and wouldn’t let me make my point. This dismissive attitude was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. The comparison made during our conversation to returning milk was not only inappropriate but highlighted a lack of understanding of customer service principles. Instead of valuing my concerns as a continuous customer, it felt as though my hard-earned money was not appreciated at all. Overall, I was left feeling disheartened by the lack of support and respect. It’s disappointing to see a company ignore the importance of proper staff training and customer care. I certainly won’t be recommending this Leslie’s location to others based on this experience.

I called ahead at about 5:50pm as I knew I was going to be arriving right around when they’d be closing and the guy told me they close right at 6. I got there at 5:57 but the doors were locked and the lights were off. The irony in their slogan evident. “Test your water, not your patience”
