  Why is it when I call one of the stores, I get some old cranky dude with poor listening and customer service skills? I asked if a certain product is in stock and get the "off the top of my head" answer and tells me to look at the website. I called the Centennial and Charleston locations both those guys need retraining on how to answer a phone on not to sound like a jerk that less than interested in helping me, I don't understand the 5 star reviews for this company. I only will buy pool sand but nothing else if anything I'm looking to buy my sand elsewhere.

  Helpful staff and usually a pretty quick stop, but 3x in the last few months the water testing has been down and I only go in 2x-3x a month. Uptime could be better.

  We've been shopping here for years as a pool service company, and the customer service has always been outstanding. Russ, the store manager, consistently goes above and beyond to help. He takes the time to problem-solve whenever we run into a challenge, and that kind of support is invaluable in our line of work. His knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to customer care set the tone for the entire team. We truly appreciate the reliable service and helpful attitude every time we walk through the door. Highly recommended!
