  I bought a Polaris robot pool cleaner. Polaris has Leslie’s listed as pretty much the only authorized repair facility for their cleaners. About a year ago I had to take it in for service and it was at their store for two weeks before I was told that their tests show that nothing is wrong with it, but they can’t actually test it because they don’t have a pool. So I went and picked it up and my husband looked at it and found that there is a magnet under the switch that was rusted and it stopped it from engaging. So he replaced it, we used it for another year. It broke again. Took back to Leslie’s, they had it for about 4 days and they tell me it’s fixed and I can pick it up. Drive down there, they tell me that they replaced the engine block, bring it home and it does the exact same thing. Not sure why they are so bad there, but my warranty is now over so I can’t even try a new Leslie’s. It’s really irritating that people are not trained on how to do things properly.

  Was looking for a bolt for my hayward filter and was told they had one that would work. Drove all the way there it would not work. 1 1/2 hours out of my day on mother's day

  For a couple weeks in a row it's either the system isn't working or the water test isn't working. The free water test is what sells their products. What a waste of time.
