They told me to do all kinds of ridiculous stuff to my swamp pool and it just made it worse. I spent hundreds of dollars on pool chemicals and nothing changed. I went to Hugo's pool in Barnegat and Jessica told me to do a couple of things and in 2 days my pool was crystal blue. So if you want to save some money goto Hugo's pool in Barnegat on rt 9. - DDDMTJul 22, 20221.0Toms river location… Very quick to get me off the phone as i was trying to see which chemical they had in stock & recommendations . Completely rushing me aside. If you can’t take the time to talk to people/ customers about the products that you have then you shouldnt be selling them. Maybe if I were right there in front of you , you would have taken the time bc I would have had the tine to shut you down & tell you about your attitude. . Ill order from another supply company or online with someone else that can ve gappy about a large purchase. Thank you!!
