It’s really hit or miss as far as who you deal with here. Seem to have a high turnover rate. That being said, I’ve dealt with some very knowledgeable people, and some not so knowledgeable people. Had a bad experience with a piece of equipment. Store manager had some sarcastic comments, went to the regional manager and he handled it. Overall decent experience.

Have always gotten good advice on pool maintenance. The chemicals are always in stock and I appreciate their discounts on purchases. Really nice staff. The only thing I would recommend is a bench for seniors while waiting.

Disappointed by Overselling Practices at Leslie's I've generally had positive experiences at Leslie's, but today was an exception that left me disappointed. We were pressured into purchasing more pool chemicals than we actually needed — double the necessary amount. It's important for staff, including the associate who assisted us today, to be familiar with Richland County's ordinances regarding chemical purchases. Selling excessive quantities not only goes against local guidelines but also raises concerns about whether customer needs are being prioritized over profit. I hope this was a misunderstanding and not standard practice. Either way, I strongly encourage Leslie's to review both employee training and compliance with relevant regulations to ensure that customers are being treated fairly and responsibly.
