- JKJarrod KeelerMay 26, 20252.0The team was very punctual and friendly. I was initially dismayed when they were finished and the pool was still filthy. I have steadily been shocking it with 4-6 lbs every 1-2 days, brushing it daily, treating the algae blooms daily, and vacuuming it daily. I just went to check the in line chlorinator for tabs, and it was completely empty. They were here four days ago. The energy filter and the main pump basket were also incredibly dirty and clogged. They closed the pool last fall, and I don’t think that any chemicals were used to mitigate algae growth as it was dark green and full of leaves when it was opened. We have a brand new loop loc safety cover on it. The photo is 24 hours after they left. Will never use this service again from them.
