    Recently moved to a new home In Oro Valley, that has a pool. Have been to this Leslie's location 3 times. The first was to have water initially tested an staff was helpful and said calcium hardness was high, so came in a couple of days later to buy Beautec, the product recommended for high calcium. They didn't have it. Cut to today, came in to have water tested and buy liquid chlorine if needed. I was the only person there and looked like only one employee staffing. He was extremely surly but did the test. He gave info on a couple of readings that were out of range but refused to give a print out. He said I was cut off from getting water tests because records showed I had not purchased anything in one year. Got home and called Leslie's customer service number and got an AI virtual assistant. When asking AI if free water testing requires a purchase, AI said no purchase is necessary. What gives? Sorry Leslie's, E-Konomy is going to get my business from now on. Don't need abuse from employees with emotional problems. Update: It has been 2 weeks since receiving response from owner expressing their regrets and asking to contact customer care. Called the number that owner mentioned and still got AI virtual assistant with no ability to talk to a real person. Next emailed customer care and have yet to receive any response. Seems that owner's response was just a method of blowing off unhappy customers.
