  Called the store ahead to check stock on an item. Of course no answer. Arrived at the store to find a lady with a terrible dye job who couldn’t wait to send me to another store for a tool that all stores should have. I then asked if the make a rebuild kit for pop ups. “Oh I don’t know” came out of her mouth slowly. Your sign says we know pools, no you do not clearly. Someone please open a pool supply business with halfway decent people who don’t have to call others to get an answer. I will not be hard to put these guys out permanently.

  I had a great experience with Ruly, He replaced our pool pump quickly and efficiently, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Ruly was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The new pump is working perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
