  I am so disappointed with this company. We figured the salespeople were manipulating the water testing numbers and today proved that as true. I went to have the water tested and was told my chlorine was excessively high. I was told our pool rating was 70% and to purchase a product to correct it. Another customer said I would not need that product. The salesperson stated, “this is how we eat!” Shocked by the remark, I immediately took a sample of the same water to Pinch-a-penny pool supply down the road and they gave me a perfect score. Needless to say you all have lost a good paying customer! Shame on you!!

  I went to this location yesterday around 1pm for help. I recently purchased an above ground pool and have no clue on what I'm doing. I'm trying to connect a skimmer and noticed I didn't have a certain piece that it connects to not knowing the name of this piece I reached out the the sales clerk on duty. Big mistake, she act as clueless as me. She said to me im sorry I don't know what your talking about unless you tell me the name of the piece your looking for. I tried referring back to YouTube to see if it would help with no results. If only I knew the name of the attachment I needed. So I left the store determined to find out this information. With the help of my coworkers tonight we learned the name its called a water jet connecter and was able to order from Amazon tonight. Thanks for nothing Ms Pool Lady. My attachment will arrive on Monday. I hope your boss knows they loss money today thanks to you.

  Went for the first time to have water tested and purchase chemicals. Person said since I was not in computer, she could not help me because system was down. I was offered no other help or solution. So what did they do before the days of computers? She could have taken a test strip of my water!!! Very disappointed.

  I stumbled into this place by chance dropping my stepson off at his part time job and I’m glad I did because the Mngr Ronnie and his Asst Connor have saved this uneducated pool owner a lot of money and a whole lot of time. Ronnie happily matched the prices on his name brand pool salt to Walmart’s generic brand and when my $1200.00 dolphin broke, after 3 years or wonderful service, both Ronnie and his Asst Connor went above and beyond their job duties working on my dolphin three sepearate times to try and get it fixed, only charging me the first repair. Unfortunately we had to bury the poor dolphin but not after numerous attempts by those guys up there to get it fixed. Not only did Ronnie give me a full refund but after I told him money was tight for the holidays, instead of trying to “upsale” me, he offered me and even swap to a less expensive unit. So I walked out of there without having to spend another penny. Happily my new unit the “pool blaster speed jet” has performed beautifully and I’m another happy customer. This is a real review by a real customer. Trust me when I say, those two gentlemen up there have acquired a lifetime customer, including all my friends and family who also have pools. Thanks Ronnie & Connor. It’s employees like you that put their businesses on the map!
