But I couldn't purchase it because of the computer being down. Nonetheless he helped me out. He went out of his way and above and beyond. He couldn't fire the computer back up but he accomdated me by taking a cash payment to process the following day. Thought this was an exceptional display of customer service in this day and age! Thanks again!
