I went in and the bald guy with dyed beard didn't greet me. I asked for a pool test reading and he acted like it wasn't something they do. He did the reading and wouldn't give me a print out. He said you didn't buy nothing so you don't get a print out! I told him I spent $168 in there last month. He didn't care? It's unfortunate because I know other pool owners but they won't go back to that location unless it changes management. I won't be back either!
