On this fourth of July weekend I turned the corner to view my pool equipment only to see water spraying everywhere from the chlorinator hose:( in the triple digit heat of another day here in Flower Mound! Not only was I concerned about the filter not running in the water just standing in this crazy heat but also had a planned event involving much swimming, food, fun, and cool drinks. I called the store on my problems and she said she’d be more than happy to cut me the length of hose that I needed to get me back in business. And true to her word, and within 30 minutes I had the replacement chlorinator hose in hand and heading back to my house to install it. Tyler!, thank you for the wonderful service and advice and Jessica I will certainly come out to your Leslies store again in the near future. Great customer service!
