Just answers like high, low or ok. When you get your result the guy at the desk sits there and high lights the whole page with a marker. They tried to aell me over $100 worth of clorine, calicium hardness, cyanutic acid, alkalintiy and phosphates chemicals to put in. Not even offering the small amount but to buy the big containers because "you can keep them for next year too". In reality all I need was a 5 pound bag for the Alkalinty. Never going back.
