  Special thanks to Ariel at the Manchester location for helping me find a check valve for my sump pump. Other places I had contacted were not helpful. She was able to get us free shipping, return info if needed, and was very friendly and pleasant. I would highly recommend using that location for any products you need. K. Boyd, Belleville IL

  Horrible customer service. First visit- the person behind the counter says she is new and doesn’t know where anything is. Then the other employee in back says she has been there for months. Another visit— where I asked to have water tested, the person lectured me because I don’t know the gallons or type of Spa I have. I’m a new owner and don’t know the first thing about their process or the details of my spa— I was going there for help.

  I’ve been coming to this location since 2019 and have always had a good experience. Free water testing and the employees walk you through everything you need to do. They have never tried to oversell, which I really appreciate. We had a problem with our new salt cell recently and Ariel was able to replace our broken one quickly without any fuss or additional cost. She’s is knowledgeable and friendly! I have recommended this store and will continue to recommend it in the future!

  I had the most wonderful interaction at this store which made me want to write this review. I usually don’t write reviews but this experience was just so helpful I had to share! The Store manager was able to help me find exactly what I needed for my new saltwater pool and even gave me some additional tips for better management of my pool. Ariel was very knowledgeable and happy to help me and I will definitely be back for all of my further pool needs as I’m just… diving into this pool owning thing
