She was extremely friendly and very helpful. I brought in a sample of water. She tested and printed out a very informative sheet about my pool water. She told me what changes I should make, showed me which chemicals to get, how much to add, etc. A few days ago I was feeling very overwhelmed but now I'm feeling confident I can maintain my own pool with their help.
