My pump stopped moving water and I did the things I know how to do to make sure it’s not seized. Went to another Leslie’s with pictures of my equipment, guy at that Leslie’s sent me here for the replacement pump (~$1000 part). I got talking to Steven at this location, he thought it could just be the motor (<$300 part). After we couldn’t locate the motor within 200 miles, he asked some more questions and decided he thought it was the capacitor ($30 part). He then walked me through how to change it myself. I went home, did as he showed me, and he was right! It’s fair to say that—because he asked the right questions—Steven saved me days of hassle and $1,000. Thank you! I will be back.
