  Came in today as a first time customer and the store seemed quiet with only one other couple in store. My husband and I noticed a lady whom seemed to be the only employee occupied with locating product. We waited as we noticed the employee was assisting a client at the register with the product she was looking for , however no introduction was made towards us or the next set of people who walked in shortly after. A simple “I’ll be right with you would have gone a long way as we noticed the young lady was occupied however after looking around for a good couple of minutes and no acknowledgement was made towards us we decided to leave. Being a newbie to pool supplies we could have definitely used some assistance but customer service is important a hello goes a long way maybe consider getting this employee some extra help to make the quality of service better next time around.

  I've known these guys for years. Most experienced, friendly, and honest guy's I've met in town with supreme pool knowledge. Couldn't ask for a better team. Great work fellas!
