  Went in last weekend to look for a hand held pool vacuum. The model on display was clearly not what they were selling. The salesperson said it was the newer model, but it was a totally different brand and looked completely different than the photo on the box. I told the salesman I wanted to look at the filter canister to see if the size would fit my needs. I opened the unsealed box and started to remove the plastic wrap, but the salesman thought I was going to tear the plastic. I was just removing the tape, not tearing the plastic. The salesman asked "Are you going to buy that" and I said I might if the filter canister was big enough. The salesman said I could continue opening the package, but he clearly wasn't happy. I told him nevermind, boxed the package back up and left. I was able to find a vacuum at a different store that cost less. If you are going to put out a display, you need to display the product you are selling. You also need to train your staff how to talk to people.

  If I could leave zero stars I would. An older tall gentleman who seems to be around his late 40s/ early 50s is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Yelling at a woman for no reason, shouting and harassing her is so unprofessional and very unacceptable.

  Yes, their products cost more than you may pay somewhere else but in my experience, they DO stand behind their products. Infact, they have gone way out of their way to help me with items that I didn't even buy from them. Its like they are naturally curious about what went wrong and just can't help themselves from trying to figure it out with you. They test my pool water for me for free all the time. They offer free and great advice. They even put up with my non-stop chemical questions. Oh yeah, if you buy your Polaris from them, they will clean it for you when it gets gunked up with stuff. I was shocked to see how poorly this place has been rated when I have only experienced exceptional customer service from them on many, many occasions. I do realize that I am only one consumer but I just had to give my perspective.
