However the staff said they don’t sell HTH products because it is a cheap product and I can go to HEB to buy HTH products. I am putting this for the management to see. & to the store guy, dude! if I needed I could go anywhere to buy any items you stock in your store. Bye ! never coming back.

I just went to this location and I was the only person in the store. When I went to checkout the lady acted like I didn't exist. There was a customer that came in while I was shopping and the clerk took care of her as I stood at the counter waiting. If she had at least said, "sir, I'll be right with you", I would have understood but she totally ignored me for longer than a reasonable wait. You lost me as a customer at least until you get clerks that know what courtesy and customer service entails. Thanks for nothing.
