  I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to say something after the outstanding service I received from Jake at the pool store. As an older fellow who’s had a pool in the backyard for over 30 years, I’ve dealt with my fair share of pool stores and employees. Let me tell you—Jake is a cut above the rest. He’s got that rare combination of knowledge, patience, and good old-fashioned courtesy that’s hard to find these days. I came in with a water issue I couldn’t quite figure out, and Jake took the time to walk me through everything step by step. Didn’t rush me, didn’t talk down to me—just listened, explained, and made sure I understood what I needed and why. And the best part? He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. You can tell he really cares about helping people, not just making a sale. Thanks to Jake, my pool is crystal clear again, and I’ll be coming back here from now on. If you’ve got a pool and need some help, go see Jake. He’s the real deal.

  Customer service was great. Would have give 5 stars if they had referrals for the work they couldn’t perform.

  Paul was extremely helpful and friendly. We always stay a few minutes extra to catch up on things. Wouldn't know where else to go if they weren't here
