- IMIVAN MARKLEYMay 21, 20255.0I have a 10000 gallon above ground pool with a diatomaceous earth filter and a Hayward 1hp pump. My pump died on me and I was going to order a new one from dohenys but Leslie’s had one in stock and gave me a better price than dohenys. The pump was a perfect replacement and I had the filter system back up in no time. I really appreciate the great staff they have there they are very helpful always.

They told me they were unable to help me, as it would take too long to look up an online order and that I should come back another day. That was after waiting in line behind 3 other people. Terrible customer service. Stay away from this location! I did reach out to corporate via email. Didn't receive a reply. Returned the pump via FedEx and had to initiate a dispute via PayPal to finally get my refund as I was given no other alternative.
