Placed an order online to store shipment and when I stopped by the store they told me there was no order, even after I showed them my receipt. They lost my business for sure. If you like arrogant, rude sales folks, you found your store!

If they had more people on the floor helping the novice customer with pool chemical selection, I think I would probably rate the place a little better.
