  Stopped by store 361 the other day because I was having issues with my pool water and wasn't sure how to fix it. The young blonde girl was super helpful and sweet. She helped me figure the issue out and now my pool is looking great.

  Went to purchase shock for my business and the woman there said they don’t except cash. Had to drive to the Holly location, where they gladly helped me and explained they definitely take cash, but that person probably didn’t want to have to make a bank deposit. Her laziness and unwillingness to help cost that store our business going forward. Thank you store 764!

  Awful customer service. I have yet to walk in and feel welcome. Any time I ask an associate for help or ask a question eyes are rolled and employees have an attitude. None of the employees seem to really care or want to be there. So since they employees don't want to be bothered at work I will go somewhere else or find what I need on line and have it delivered.

  First time at this location and had to walk out due to lack of customer service/help There were 3 employees that I could visibiley see... I asked for a recommendation and was told where to find the product. I started to ask questions and was told "to read the label." Don't understand why they have so many employees standing around... they lost a sale. I ended up finding the spa purge on Amazon and got 2 bottles for the same price. I rather support local franchises/businesses, and was surprised at the markup.
