  I recently purchased a home with a pool and we love it! However, I gotta say, that I am a little terrified about proper maintenance and making sure I don't ruin the pool. So when I moved in I asked my friend, who is a pool guy, to come and show me what I need to do to properly care for it. He gave me a tutorial and I thought, I got this. Well, last week I did not follow his advice (I know, I'm stupid). Amazon had a really good price on a pool clarifier that was not one of the ones recommended to me, plus I had a gift card so I bought it. Let me tell you, the pool is currently very cloudy even though all the levels are good. So my wife texted me that Leslie's has their clarifier on sale for buy one get one free. I stopped in just now and was helped by Franky, the store manager. I showed him the screen shot my wife sent and told him my story (I have a big mouth). He was patient and explained to me that the online sale was for online only and showed me that is because it's for the old formula and they only stock the new formula in the stores. I understood and was prepared to order the stuff online and suffer through this perfect swimming weather weekend with a cloudy pool, but then... Then Franky let me know that he would be happy to match the online price for me since I was a first time customer. I didn't even ask! I think he saw that I was disappointed and had pity on me. Thank you for the pity and for the OUTSTANDING customer service. I will be shopping here instead of bargain hunting on Amazon for sure.
